Mike and Norma are your hosts at The Collective.  They started The Collective as an on-line outlet for handcrafted items created by yet-to-be-discovered artists who had incredible talent but didn't make enough items to have their own online stores.  After discovering just how much time it takes to run a gallery, Norma found she wasn't able to dedicate enough time to her art and decided to change the direction of The Collective. 

Now The Collective represents the collective media used by Norma and her husband, Mike.  While Mike continues to refine his craft by discovering new techniques and designs in his chosen craft, Norma expands her artistic grasp by learning new and different media and techniques. 

The photographs available for purchase at The Collective are from the collection of wildlands photographer Phil Snyder (who is also Norma's brother).  Please contact us if you wish to purchase a photo as seen on his blog but is not listed on The Collective.  Include in your email the date of the blog, the number of the photo (first, second, etc) and a brief description of the photo.  Phil is also available for private photographic work.  Email The Collective for more information.

From time to time, The Collective will also feature creations from family and friends.
